PLEASE READ:  Memo to IUPUI Student Academic Appointees and Fellowship Recipients

Aetna Student Health has been awarded the contract for providing student health insurance for Student Academic Appointees and the Voluntary Student Health insurance plan for the 2008-2009 school year.

Deadlines to submit a wavier form are September 30, 2008 for the fall semester and January 30, 2009 for the spring semester. Forms are to be mailed to Carol McGarry in AO 126.
